HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE?
We welcome groups from public, charter and independent schools and other interested organizations across the region to attend our Bridge Sessions. Each session can accommodate anywhere from 60 to 150 participants, grouped by grade level or experience. The musicians will work to tailor the session to the level of the participants whenever possible. All sessions take place at World Cafe Live in Philadelphia or Wilmington.

Schools/organizations may participate in one of two ways:

  • Single Session: Your school or organization may sign up for one session at a time, booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Interested schools will be added to our roster to receive information about available sessions. Tickets are $10/participant (free for chaperones) and schools/organizations must cover their own transportation costs. For public and charter schools with limited budgets, we frequently waive the ticket fee so that students may participate regardless of financial means. Please contact us for more information.

  • Partner School: For a more intensive experience, your school may commit to attend three Bridge Sessions over the course of the year, bringing the same group of students (several classes or an entire grade) to a sequence of themed sessions. We prioritize scheduling partner schools and work closely with schools to accommodate specific scheduling needs. There is no charge for partner schools to attend sessions. We encourage schools to cover their own transportation costs, but limited funds may be available to reimburse bus costs as needed.

Homeschooling families are welcome to attend sessions as space allows. Please RSVP at least two weeks prior to a session. Tickets are $10/student (free for chaperones) for the first student, $5/student for additional students from the same family.
